Re-designed Bristol Suite at Hotel Bristol, Vienna

Aimed to restore Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna, to its original splendour, the property is undergoing an extensive multi-million dollar, 2-year restoration project scheduled for completion by the end of 201. The hotel has added new suites and will restore its ground floor areas like the lobby, Restaurant Bristol, and the intimate Bar Bristol. Recently 10 new suites and guest rooms were unveiled, which mark the start of a series of restoration initiatives led by interior designer, Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The first phase of the restoration project focused on the enhancement and expansion of the Garden Floor, unveiling five banquet rooms featuring an elegant black and white foyer alit with crystal chandeliers, as well as accent pieces that underline the hotel’s Art Deco heritage. Hosting up to 350 people and ideal for celebrations and intimate events, the banquet rooms feature state-of-the-art technology and paintings of historical landmarks such as Gloriette and Schönbrunn Palace Park.

10 new rooms and suites, including five Bristol Suites, have been added on the mezzanine floor of the hotel. Spanning between 645 to 807 sq. ft., the Bristol Suites offer views of the Opera House or Vienna’s Ring Boulevard through panorama floor-to-ceiling windows. The suites are decorated in shades of ochre, black and white and the Art Deco-influenced interiors feature marble in the entrance areas and bathrooms, as well as black wooden floors in the salon and bedroom.
